Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note that custom orders or personalized items may require additional processing time.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with an estimated shipping timeframe.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available during checkout at an additional cost.
  • International Shipping:

    • We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
    • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • P.O. Boxes:

    • Please note that some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for smooth delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
